Only submit authentic company listings.
You can add and claim business only if that is your own business(es) or you are an authorized representative.
Don't post any text, pictures, videos, or other information that could offend or be viewed to be inappropriate by other users.
Please ensure that any updates or additions you make are accurate, legal, appropriate, and current. Do not provide false, inaccurate, obscene, or misleading information.
Before you write a bad review about any company, take a deep breath and count to ten (slowly). If you must write a bad review, do it fairly and objectively; never get personal. Before leaving a bad review, give any company the chance to address any issues offline. Give a company a fair rating if you had a negative encounter with them and they later made apologies. Nobody is perfect, but when someone fixes a problem, they should be given the benefit of the opportunity.
Please do not engage in vandalism or spamming. If you encounter vandalism or spam, take a moment to correct it or report it if necessary.

Registered Users

You don’t need to register with SelfGrowth to use the basic service, but for faster updates and more advanced features you do. When you signup, you give us authority to contact you from time to time to provide you with updates and news about the service and special offers that we think may interest you. We will not spam you. By using the Service, you authorize us to share your data with third parties for marketing related products and services.

Legal

The Service

The SelfGrowth.Network Service is a freely available Global Business Listing Database and business directory. It’s built and maintained by everyone, for everyone, and it’s operated on a platform produced and owned by SelfGrowth.Network.

No warranties

The Service is provided as-is, without any warranties, expressed or implied. SelfGrowth, and its associated companies, cannot guarantee, and can take no responsibility for performance of the platform or the accuracy of any listings. If you notice inaccuracies, you can use our tools to make corrections.

Obscene or illegal content

SelfGrowth.Network reserves the right to remove any obscene, illegal, or otherwise offensive content, but we do not vet nor do we exercise any editorial control in any way over any submitted content.

Withdrawal of Service

SelfGrowth.Network reserves the right to withdraw the Service at any time from any or all users.

Provision of paid services and no refunds

SelfGrowth.Network’s responsibilities in relation to paid-for services are fulfilled in total at the moment of payment. SelfGrowth.Network is a self-service platform and does not provide subsequent refunds on paid services.

Transfer of claims and disputes

Where a business listing claim is transferred to another member following a claim dispute, the remaining period of the claim, any associated paid-for services, and any sums paid to SelfGrowth.Network are forfeited in favor of the new claimant. Falsely claiming a business listing may result in the listing being transferred to its rightful claimant, and you will not be entitled to a refund and they will inherit any associated promotions & the remainder of the claim period.

Ownership of data and your privacy

Business listings are compiled from publicly available business listing data and user-generated data. Brand names and trademarks in business listings are used solely to correctly identify the brand names, trademarks, or owners they relate to. They are owned by their respective owners and SelfGrowth.Network claims no association with any of them. All data and information present and entered into the Service becomes and remains the property of SelfGrowth.Network.

Use of this website

You specifically may not use this website:

In any automated or robot-driven manner whatsoever except through the official SelfGrowth API with an authorized API key issued by SelfGrowth, under a commercial agreement with SelfGrowth.Network. SelfGrowth.Network reserves the right to make explicit exceptions to this clause. In such cases, the accepted firm will be issued a written notice.
To establish, update, validate, or modify any marketing or prospecting databases, records, mailing lists, or other related assets.
To submit more than 5 (five) business listings for any commercial gain whatsoever, except through the official SelfGrowth API with an authorized API key issued by SelfGrowth, under a commercial agreement with SelfGrowth.Network. This applies specifically to, but not limited to, the provision of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) or any other form of web or search optimisation services that you can provide the benefit of any firm or company other than your own.
For any activity that might violate GDPR or similar regulations in other areas (including but not limited to CCPA, PIPEDA, APPI, CDPA). This includes extracting, copying, scraping, storing, or otherwise using any data from the Service outside of the Service in any way, whether by human or automated process, without explicit consent from those represented by the data or without a legitimate interest. SelfGrowth.Network will not hesitate to initiate a formal complaint under applicable regulations against any party transgressing these regulations.
To violate an individual's privacy or to injure, threaten, mistreat, or harass somebody.
For any purpose that in our opinion is unacceptable to SelfGrowth.Network.
For any unlawful purpose.

Personal Data Protection

SelfGrowth.Network observes the GDPR regulations as follows:

Business and user data are used, processed, stored, and transferred as outlined in these Terms of Use.
Registered users and business owners can access any personal data that the Service may hold about them through our self-service web UI.
By signing up for the service as a user and adding business details, you are explicitly giving your consent for SelfGrowth.Network to use all data that you provide as described in these Terms of Use.
If you wish to transfer that data to another service, you may at any time make a copy of the data from your business details page and from your user profile page using the self-service web UI provided.
If you wish to have your business listing or user profile removed, you can contact SelfGrowth.Network, and we will remove it.
If you object to the use of any data as described in these Terms of Use you may contact SelfGrowth.Network and we will remove the data and cease any use of the data by SelfGrowth.Network.
In the event of a data breach that includes any of your personal data, SelfGrowth.Network will notify you within 72 hours of the discovery of the breach.
Where any personal data requires rectification, SelfGrowth.Network provides you with the self-service web UI tools to make such updates, completions, or corrections to the data.

Free trials

Occasionally, SelfGrowth.Network may offer free trials of various features, either our own or from partners. These free trials are provided on a complimentary and as-is basis. There are no obligations for you to take up the full version of the product used under a free trial, nor are there obligations for us to offer it.
